Questions about official Yakima County criminal records belong with the government office that created or keeps the file. The contacts below distinguish sheriff records, court cases, statewide criminal history, police reports, and record remedies. This private reference site cannot act on a request or issue a record.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private reference site cannot retrieve official records, conduct official checks, correct or remove a record, or accept a Washington vacation or sealing filing.

  • Washington criminal history: order a WATCH name search or fingerprint-based review from Washington State Patrol.
  • Police incident reports: ask the city, tribal, county, or state agency that prepared the report.
  • Vacation or sealing: file in the Washington court that entered the conviction or maintains the case.

Yakima County Sheriff's Office records requests may also use the county's GovQA portal or a printable request form. Court files do not go through that Washington Public Records Act route. For the official felony file, use the Clerk's Room 323 counter, and use the criminal court case records instructions to distinguish Superior, District, and municipal courts.
